Adult Choir
Open to adults and senior high students, St. Mark’s Choir is very committed to their ministry to the church. The choir sings regularly on Sunday mornings at the 11 a.m. service, occasionally at the 8:45 a.m. service, at quarterly Choral Evensongs, and at festival services and concerts throughout the year.
The choir’s repertoire consists of the marvelous music of our Anglican heritage and classic choral music by composers such as Bach and Mozart, as well as other more “contemporary” music, such as spirituals and works by currently living composers, both American and English.
Rehearsals are from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursdays. While the choir continues to sing most Sundays through the summer, it takes a break from mid-week rehearsals from roughly June until September. Choir is a big time commitment, but well worth it both in the fun you’ll have and in the satisfaction you’ll get from leading worship in such a meaningful way.

Children's Music Programs
St. Mark’s Choristers is for children in the second grade and higher. It’s purpose is to inspire a lifelong love of music, teach music fundamentals, and instill the importance of leadership, teamwork, and responsibility. St. Mark’s Choristers assist in musical leadership every 2nd and 4th Sunday, alternating between the 8:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. services.
The Choristers follow the Royal School of Church Music program in which they work through several levels of achievement (represented by colored ribbons) as they learn to sing, read music, and become leaders in worship. In addition to singing, various fun activities are offered, including a yearly choir camp.
Rehearsals are on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. This choir takes a break for the summer from roughly June until September.
