Where Heaven and Earth Overlap

Genesis 1 through 3 describes two realms, a heavenly one populated by God's divine council and an earthly one, meant to meet in Eden, where heaven and earth overlapped. Humans are living images set in God's temple-garden, commissioned to spread Eden's realities across the world. The fall broke that overlap, but plan A has never changed: Christ is reuniting heaven and earth through people who carry his Spirit, so their ordinary work becomes holy ground.
